THE ELIZABETH HUFFNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was endowed by family and friends of Mrs. Huffner, a parent who was very active in the Blessed Trinity community. This scholarship is awarded to a freshman student for excellence in academics and service, two qualities that she embodied.

THE KEVIN MANN MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was endowed by friends and family of Mr. Kevin Mann, a Blessed Trinity Social Studies teacher, basketball and tennis coach from 2004 to 2006, after teaching many years in the DeKalb County schools. Mr. Mann passed away of cancer just two years after joining our faculty, but had a tremendous impact on the students he taught and coached. This scholarship is awarded to a student who excels in Social Studies, is involved in school activities, and is devoted to his or her faith.

THE DEVON McKNIFF MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was endowed by family and friends of Devon McKniff, a Blessed Trinity senior who died in an automobile accident in December, 2006. Devon’s two great loves were visual art and Spanish, and her favorite courses were AP Studio Art and AP Spanish Language. This scholarship is awarded to two students who, like Devon, have a love of the arts.

THE JESSICA TURNER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was endowed by the Turner family and friends to honor the memory of Jessica, the four year old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Richard Turner, who died in an automobile accident in February, 2001. Jessica was frequently at Blessed Trinity events with her parents and was known and loved by many of our staff and students. This scholarship is awarded to a junior girl whose involvement in the spiritual life of the school, membership in extracurricular activities, and success in academics embody the qualities that the Turners were developing in their daughter.

1ST LIEUTENANT SCOTT JOSEPH FLEMING MEMORIAL ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP was established by the family and friends of 1st Lieutenant Scott Joseph Fleming, Class of 2004. Scott was killed on September 17, 2010 in Afghanistan during combat operations, while providing security for the Afghan people during their Parliamentary elections. While at Blessed Trinity, Scott was co-captain of the 2003-04 varsity boys basketball team. That season, Scott was the leading scorer and led the team to the first state playoff appearance in the program's history. He is currently the fifth all-time leading scorer in the program. After graduating from BT, Scott attended LaGrange College where he also played basketball. Following graduation from college, Scott joined the Marines and faithfully served his country.

THE FOUNDERS ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP was endowed by founding principal Frank Moore and friends. Mr. Moore led Blessed Trinity for its first 16 years until his retirement in June, 2016. From the school's early days, its reputation grew quickly as a first tier academic institution with outstanding service, fine arts, and athletic programs. A musician and photographer, Mr. Moore had a particular love for the arts at Blessed Trinity. This scholarship is awarded to a sophomore student who is in the top quartile of the class and is involved in the fine arts program.

THE ST. JOSEPH ENDOWED SCHOLARSHIP was established by the family of Joseph Camperlengo, a decorated Korean War veteran and grandfather of a Blessed Trinity alumnus. Joseph's infectious personality exuded a confidence that "despite any difficulty, all will be well if we believe in each other." This scholarship is awarded to a male who is team oriented and demonstrates leadership, moral courage, and a tireless work ethic.  Recent Recipient: Deldrick Franklin

LOUISE B. BAKER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is sponsored by the Baker Family and friends of this beloved mother and parent volunteer who passed away after a two year battle with colon cancer in January, 2018. Louise was devoted to her Catholic faith and her vocation as a mother, and for over a decade was a faithful participant in the Spiritual Life of Blessed Trinity in Bible Study, the Mother's Prayer Group and Adoration. In her honor and to the legacy she left, this scholarship is awarded to a student who is most devoted to practicing their Catholic faith and prioritizes service to others before oneself.

MAX GRUVER MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is sponsored by the Gruver family in memory of their son, Max, a member of the Blessed Trinity Catholic High School class of 2017, who died during his freshman year at Louisiana State University.  Max, with his big smile and even bigger hug was a gentle giant with a sweet soul, a friend to all without exception, with an easy going and laid back personality that made everyone feel included and special.  He is remembered for being an advocate for all people and being their biggest cheerleader.  He was kind to all and a true friend.  Max was also known for his passion for sports and journalism.  He could talk your ear off about any sport and all the statistics that went with it, and his writing conveyed that love and passion.  Max knew that God loved him and his faith was evident to all that knew him.  This scholarship, in loving memory of Max, is awarded to a student who shares Max’s love of sports and journalism.

THE 9/11 FLAG MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP is sponsored by Dr. and Mrs. Robert J. O'Donnell, whose two daughters, Kathleen '19 and Ryan '20, created the annual Blessed Trinity 9/11 Flag Memorial. The Memorial honors the victims of the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks on the United States with nearly 3,000 American flags, placed in neat columns and rows in the horseshoe of the Blessed Trinity Catholic High School campus.  Each year, one outstanding student is selected in recognition of their patriotism, love of country and personal commitment to this project.

THE NICK MANTIA MEMORIAL SCHOLARSHIP was endowed by Patrick Flood, CEO of Supreme Lending, where Nick worked for a number of years. A graduate of Crestwood High School, Nick passed away in 2020 from an aggressive form of cancer.  Though Nick is no longer physically with us today, his infectious spirit is still felt.  One of the most special qualities possessed by Nick was an innate ability to make anyone he crossed paths with, whether it be a lifelong friend or family member, colleague, or the person passing him in the street, feel important.  Nick had a gigantic heart with a contagious smile and in turn was loved by all those who knew him.  Nick was also known for his love of the arts.  Fluent in Spanish, a painter, and a true "star of the show" both on and off the stage, Nick's passion for the arts was extraordinary.  This scholarship, in loving memory of Nick, is awarded to a student who shares Nick's love of the arts and excels across the board in language arts, visual arts, and performing arts.  Nick's mother Judy Mantia, a parishioner at St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church was inspired to direct the endowment to Blessed Trinity Catholic High School in honor of Nick's many accomplishments in the arts.  Recent Recipient: Irena Lively

THE POSSIBILITIES FUND was established and endowed in January, 2022, as a way to provide Latin-American students in need of financial support, the opportunity to pursue their dreams through an elite Catholic education.  It is the hope that all students receiving this award understand their incredible potential to leave a lasting and positive impact with their lives. This scholarship is awarded each year to one Latin-American student in recognition of his or her dedication to positively impact others, their communities, and the world around them.  Recent Recipient:  Alison Angoma

The Robert White/UPS Scholarship was endowed by an executive of UPS for a young man who embodies both physical and academic skills.

The Knights of Columbus Scholarship is sponsored by Knights of Columbus, Our Lady of La Salette Council #8376. This scholarship is awarded to a student who, along with his or her family, is an active member of St. Ann's Parish. This student has been academically successful at Blessed Trinity, participating in school activities, and contributing to the religious life of the school and parish.

The Jeff and Jeannie Stokes Family Endowed Award is given to two students who are known for bringing out the best in others and who are kind to all without exception.

The Picture Perfect Photography Scholarship is sponsored by David and Denise Huntley, owners of Picture Perfect photography studio. This award is given to an outstanding sophomore scholar.
Recent Recipient: Kaleb Hotnog

The American Book Company Scholarship is endowed by Frank and Colleen Pintozzi.  This scholarship is awarded to a student from a minority background who has enriched the life of the school.

The Goizueta Scholarship is endowed through a grant from the Goizueta Foundation. Mrs. Olga Goizueta, wife of the late Roberto Goizueta, Chief Executive Officer of The Coca-Cola Company, through her foundation, has funded this scholarship at Blessed Trinity. The Goizueta Scholarship is awarded to two students of Hispanic heritage who contribute to the life of the school through scholarship, leadership, and dedication; all qualities possessed by Roberto Goizueta.
