Locker Request Form
All Blessed Trinity students that would like to request a locker for the 2023-2024 school year will need to fill out the form below. Once a request has been made, students will receive an email from Ms. Rick with a locker assignment. Please email Ms. Rick with any further questions at erick@btcatholic.org.
