Locker Request Form
All Blessed Trinity students that would like to request a locker for the 2024-2025 school year will need to fill out the form below. Once a request has been made, students will receive an email from Mrs. Miller with a locker assignment. Please email Mrs. Miller with any further questions at mmiller@btcatholic.org
