Greg Johnson graduated from Blessed Trinity Catholic High School in 2005. He was a four-year letterman in cross country and a two-year letterman in track and field. Greg was a member of the 2003 State Championship cross country team and finished 8th overall as an individual that year. During Greg’s senior year, he was elected captain of the team and helped lead the boys cross country team to a third place finish in the state. Greg held several school records during his time at Blessed Trinity and has been on the coaching side to see many of his runners break his own records.
After graduating from Blessed Trinity, Greg went on to run cross country and track and field at The Georgia Institute of Technology. He worked his way up to being their top runner and finished as the top performer during his senior year. He graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in Industrial Engineering.
Greg joined the Blessed Trinity faculty in 2012 after graduating from college. He is currently teaching Mathematics and coaching the cross country and track and field teams. He and his wife, Ilaria, live in Woodstock with their son, Fred.
