Alex Hernandez was a 2005 graduate of Blessed Trinity. She was a four year letter winner in girls basketball and was a member of the Elite Eight team in 2003 and state playoff team in 2004. She was the second 1000 point scorer in school history. In the girls program today, Alex is still 4th in total points and is the overall leader in career two point field goals. She is also the leading rebounder in school history.  

Following her high school career, Alex played basketball and volleyball at Agnes Scott College before moving to The University of Georgia where she pursued her degree in Interior Design. Alex currently works as an Interior Designer and has been behind the scenes on various TV shows. 
 
Alex and her husband, Carl, are blessed with two daughters, Brooklyn and Mia.

Matt Crisafi graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2009. He was a three year starter on the football team and helped lead the team to their first region championship in 2005. Matt was a preseason All-State selection for his senior year and was later named to the All-State team. Matt was voted 1st team All-County both his junior and senior years. He also had the honor of playing in the GACA All-Star football game. During his career, Matt had a total of 63 pancake blocks. Matt received the St. Sebastian Award his senior year and was elected team captain.  

In addition to football, Matt also played baseball. He was a big part of the team that finished in the Final Four and the Elite Eight his Junior and Senior years.  

After graduating from Blessed Trinity, Matt signed a scholarship to play football at The College of William and Mary. While at William and Mary, he had 41 consecutive starts on the offensive line. He was a team captain, received first-team All-CAA honors, and was also named an  All-American. He earned CAA Academic All-Conference team honors four years in a row.  

Matt currently works for Stephens Inc. Investment Bank. He and his wife, Maggie, have been married since 2017. They have a son, Joe, who was born last February.

Elizabeth Sims graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2010. She was a member of the Varsity Girls Tennis team all four years. She was the number one singles player on the tennis team each year and won three state championships (2007,2009, 2010). Her team also finished state runner up in 2008. Elizabeth was the St. Sebastian Award winner during her career at BT and was also the recipient of The Sports Champions of Greater Atlanta Award which is still in our trophy case today.  

Following her high school baseball career, Elizabeth attended The University of Richmond on a tennis scholarship. Her team finished as the Atlantic 10 Champions in both 2011 and 2012.  

Elizabeth currently lives in Washington DC and is a manager at Deloitte Consulting.

Jordan Callahan graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2008.  He was a member of the Varsity Basketball team and was the MVP during his Junior and Senior seasons.  During his senior year, he earned Honorable Mention All-State, was named to the Georgia Athletic Coaches Association Senior All-Star Team, was a member of the Roswell Beacon first team, was selected to the All-Fulton County second team, and was named the Roswell Neighbor North Fulton County MVP.

After graduating from Blessed Trinity, Jordan played basketball at Tulane University and finished his career as the all-time leader in 3-pointers made.  He scored 1,268 points and dished out 303 assists in 120 games. In his senior season, he made a career-high 81 3-pointers, the most in a single-season at Tulane.  He has played professionally overseas since graduating from Tulane including time in Germany, Russia, Belgium, Greece, Poland, and Bulgaria.

Jordan resides in Marietta, Georgia with his daughter, Mia Elanie Callahan, and still plays professional basketball. 

Matthew Skole graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2008.  He was a member of the first baseball state championship team in 2006.  During his career, Matt was named the 2008 Hitter of the Year by the AJC, the 2008 Fulton County Player of the Year, and he still holds the single season record for home runs with 16.  

Following his high school baseball career, Matt attended Georgia Tech on a baseball scholarship.  He was a first team All-American in 2009 and was a captain and All-ACC nomination in 2010. Matt totaled 47 home runs during his college career and was drafted by the Nationals in 2011.  In 2012, Skole was named the Minor League Player of the Year. He made his MLB debut with the Chicago White Sox on May 28, 2018.

Matt is currently still with the Chicago White Sox organization.  He and his fiance, Madison Clark, will marry in October.

Sam Burkhalter graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2009.  He was a four year starter on the football team and helped lead the team to their first region championship in 2005.  Sam was a preseason All-State selection for his senior year and was named Back of the Week by The Atlanta Touchdown Club after his 200 rushing yards against Buford.  Sam was voted 1st team All-County both his junior and senior years. He also had the honor of playing in the GACA All-Star football game. During his career, Sam rushed for 3716 yards and scored 45 touchdowns (both of which are the third highest records in BT history).   

In addition to football, Sam also ran on the track and field team where he still holds two school records (200 m dash, 22:19 and 100 m dash, 10:90).  

After graduating from Blessed Trinity, Sam signed a scholarship to play football at Georgia State University.  He currently owns and operates a private training studio, Stax Elite Training, in John’s Creek.  

Sam and his wife, Lauren, have been married since 2017.

Ashley Barbee was a 2006 graduate of Blessed Trinity.  She was a four year letter winner in girls golf and led the BT Titans to their first ever state championship -- the 2003 State Championship in Girls Golf. She won another golf championship in 2004 and accumulated three region championships during her career. 

Following her high school career, Ashley played varsity golf at Elon University, where she graduated with a bachelor's degree in Strategic/Corporate Communications and a minor in Business. Ashley currently works at The Coca-Cola Company with the global sports and entertainment partnership team.

Jessica McAlvany graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2008 after an outstanding volleyball career.  She was a member of the first volleyball state championship team in 2006.  During her career, she earned two All-State Honors, was a member of the state senior all star team, and was the State Player of the Year in 2006.  

Jessica played volleyball at Emory University where she was a two time All-American.  She helped lead Emory to the National Championship game in 2010.  

Jessica works for Casa de la Cultura de Sabaneta in Medellin, Colombia.

Harris Howard graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2008 and was a three sport athlete.  He was a member of the 2005 Region Championship football team and was named All-Area his sophomore, junior, and senior years.  Harris was the first ever BT player elected to play in the GACA All-Star game his senior year.  He was also a member of the wrestling team and was a two time area champion and finished 4th in the State his senior year.  On the track team, Harris set a record that still holds today for the shot put. He finished in third place his senior year.  

Following his high school career, Harris played football for Tulane University where he was a four year starter on the offensive line.  He was also named captain of the team.  

Harris and his wife, Kacy, reside in Atlanta.  He works for Associate, King, and Spalding LLP.

Amber (Hamilton) Cerone graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2008.  She was a four year starter on the softball team and accumulated two Elite Eight appearances, two Region Championships, and the program’s first and only State Championship in 2007.  During her career, Amber was named Most Valuable Player all four years.  Amber earned three All-State Honors and was named GACA Pitcher of the Year, North Fulton MVP, Northside Pitcher of the Year, and Northside Player of the Year.  She was also selected to play in the GACA All Star game.  Amber still holds the record today for ERA, wins in a single season, innings pitched, and strikeouts.  Amber was also a four year member of the basketball program at BT.  

After graduating, Amber played softball at the University of South Carolina--Upstate.  She currently coaches the Varsity softball team at BT and teaches at Holy Redeemer school.

Amber and her husband, Tyler (08’), reside in Atlanta.

Brock Mantella graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2006.  During his senior year, he was the first wrestler in BT history to compete for a state championship.  He finished as a State Runner Up his senior year and had a third place finish in the state his junior year.  He was All-Area his junior and senior years and was a 2nd team All-State performer his senior year.  Brock was also a two time high school All-American.

Brock went on to wrestle at the University of Pittsburgh and later transferred to Boston University his last two years.  He lead the team with the most wins, 26, his senior year. 

Brock is currently living in Boston, Massachusetts and works for Boston Scientific.  He is married to Maggie and has a 6 month old daughter, Brixley.

Ashley Dykes graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2005.  During her senior year, she was elected the Head Athletic Training student by her peers.  During her four years, she worked all three seasons for the Sports Medicine program.  Ashley was a four year letter winner and also received the Georgia Athletic Trainers Association Lori Mobley Groover Leadership Award.  She was also the Atlanta Journal Constitution Cup recipient her senior year.

Ashley attended the University of Georgia where she majored in Athletic Training.  While completing her undergraduate degree, she worked with several sports including football and gymnastics.  She is currently working as a Physician's Assistant for Kaiser Permanente in Atlanta.

Ashley is married to Corey Griffin and they have one son, Wesley, age 2.

Caitlin Curran graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2006.  During her swimming career, she was named the Most Valuable Player three times and was a four time letter winner.  In 2005, she lead the swim team to a fifth place finish in the state, and she finished in third place in the 200 medley relay that year.  In 2006, she finished as the State Runner Up in the 100 breaststroke with a time of 106.30 (a record still held to this day).  Caitlin was named a Georgia All Star in 2004, 2005, and 2006, and she was also a two time scholastic All-American.

Caitlin earned a full scholarship to swim at Colgate University where she served as a captain her senior year. She received first team All Patriot League honors her sophomore and junior years and was a 2nd team All Patriot League member her freshman and senior years.  

Caitlin currently resides in Atlanta.

Caroline Vaughn graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2006. During her high school career, she won 3 individual State Championships in Track and Field (100 and 300 meter hurdles in 2004 and the 100 meter hurdles in 2005). She was also a State Runner Up five times--in 2003 for the 300 meter hurdles, in 2005 for the 100 and 300 meter hurdles, and in 2006 for the 100 and 300 meter hurdles.

Caroline signed a scholarship to run track at Wake Forest University where she majored in Communications. While at Wake Forest, she set three Indoor Track records and three Outdoor Track records which she still holds today. She was also an All-ACC performer in Outdoor Track her Junior year. Caroline was the Captain of the Wake Forest Women’s Track team her senior year and was also an ACC Academic Honor Roll student athlete from 2008-2010.

Caroline currently lives in Alpharetta, Georgia. She is a Nurse Practitioner graduate student at Emory University and will finish in December 2017.

Eric Maust graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2006.  During his senior year, he led BT as quarterback to its first ever region championship in football.  He also led Blessed Trinity to its first state championship in baseball his senior year.  Eric was named All Region and All State in both football and baseball during the 2005-2006 school year and was the AAA State Baseball Player of the Year.  He was also a four year member of the basketball team  and helped lead the team to their first ever playoff appearance his sophomore year.  
 
Eric earned a scholarship to play baseball at the University of Notre Dame and elected to walk on as a punter on the football team. He was a 4 year starter in baseball and was the starting punter for 3 years, earning a football scholarship his junior and senior year. Despite success on the field, his proudest accomplishment while at Notre Dame was graduating from the #1 ranked Mendoza College of Business in four years with a degree in Finance and earning Dean’s List recognition his senior year.
 
Eric is currently living in Chamblee, Georgia and works for JP Morgan Chase Bank as a Business Banker. He is also a volunteer baseball coach for the BT 7th and 8th grade Junior Titans.

Chase Oliver graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2004  During his senior year he led the boys Cross Country team to its first ever state championship, which was also the first boys state championship in any sport in BT school history.  Chase was named All-State his junior and senior years in Cross Country.  During his high school career, he lettered in four Varsity sports.  

Chase walked on at Auburn University for the Cross Country and Track teams.  He earned eight letters from Auburn University in Cross Country, Indoor Track and Field, and Outdoor Track and Field.  Chase was named to the Academic All SEC team his junior and senior years.  He was also named second team All SEC his senior year for the 10,000 meter category in outdoor track.  Chase graduated from Auburn University with honors.

Chase currently lives in Atlanta and works for Turner Sports as a Senior Graphic Designer.

Ali West graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2005. During her junior year, she led the volleyball team to the Final Four, and her senior year, she led them to the state championship game where the Lady Titans finished as state runner-up. Ali was named Metro Player of the Year her senior year.  

Ali signed to play at Furman University, becoming the first player to play college volleyball from Blessed Trinity. She signed to play at Furman University.  As a senior at Furman, she led her team to its first NCAA tournament appearance in four years and a conference championship. Ali was named First Team All-Conference her junior and seniors years at Furman, and Conference Tournament MVP her senior year.  

Ali majored in communications while at Furman and got her master’s degree  from Savannah College of Art and Design. She currently works at Commercial Furniture Interiors. She is married to Nick Hollstegge and lives in Greenville, South Carolina.

Kara Kasten graduated from Blessed Trinity in 2005. During her junior year, she led the Blessed Trinity girls soccer program to its first state championship. During her senior year, she led the team back to the state championship where they finished as the state runners-up. She was also a member of the 2004 Region Championship team. Kara set a record that may never be broken at BT by scoring over 100 goals in her four-year soccer career. She also played basketball at Blessed Trinity and was a member of the 2003 Elite Eight girls basketball team. 

Kara signed a scholarship with Auburn University to play soccer where she majored in accounting and completed her master’s degree. Kara is married to Cliff Mullins and works for Price Water House Cooper. She and Cliff have a baby boy named Cole and currently live in Brookhaven.

Jack Andrews, who was in the first freshman class at Blessed Trinity, was a starting offensive and defensive lineman for the football team during his four-year high school career. Jack was named All-County in football both his junior and senior years and led the Titans to its first-ever playoff appearance in 2002. To this day, Jack still holds three BT football records.

As a member of the BT track team, Jack threw discus and shot put where he qualified for both in state during his junior and senior years, won region his senior year and was region runner-up his junior year. Jack still holds the discus’ record at BT that he set in 2004. 

Jack signed to play football at Rhodes College and was also a member of the track team. He won the conference championship in shot put and finished third in discus and was also named Honorable Mention for the conference as a defensive lineman. Jack graduated from Georgia Tech with a degree in mechanical engineering. He is married to his high school sweetheart and fellow BT alum, Danielle Cart (’03). They have two children, Gianna and Nathan, and currently live in Greenville, South Carolina.

Tyler Flowers was in the first freshman class at Blessed Trinity.  He was a starting linebacker and fullback for the football team during his four-year high school career.  Tyler was named All-County in football as a linebacker both his junior and senior year.  He led BT to its first ever playoff appearance in football in 2002. To this day, Tyler still holds three football records.

As a baseball player at Blessed Trinity, Tyler played infield, pitcher, and catcher.  He led the baseball team to the State Playoffs and Region Championships in 2003 and 2004.  He was named All-County and All-Region all four years.  Tyler holds the single season batting average record (.518) for Blessed Trinity he set in 2004, as well as the record for highest on base percentage (.710). 

Tyler signed a scholarship with the University of Georgia, but was then drafted by the Atlanta Braves straight out of high school.  He attended Chipola Junior College before ending up with the Braves.  Tyler is married to his high school sweetheart and fellow BT alum, Nancy Fiedler ‘04.  They have three children, Mia, Brantley, and Beckham.  Tyler is currently a catcher for the Atlanta Braves.

Brooke Alexander was in the first freshman class at Blessed Trinity.  During her junior year, she led BT’s golf team to its first state championship, which was also the first state championship in all athletics for the school.  In her senior year, Brooke led the golf team to its second state championship. 

While at BT, Brooke was a member of three region championships in golf and was a low medalist for the region.  In volleyball, she was a member of the Final Four team her senior year and led the volleyball team to their first playoff appearance in school history.   Brooke also played basketball for one year and played tennis for one year as well.

After high school, she graduated from the University of Georgia where she majored in sports management and minored in Spanish. Brooke married Brian Nooney in September 2012 and works for Golfsmith in Atlanta where she handles regional field marketing events and promotions.
