Theatre Performance
Acting
Theatre courses at Blessed Trinity offer students the opportunity to perform and develop their theatrical skills—without the commitment of an after-school rehearsal schedule. Through a workshop-style approach, students explore their natural strengths and enhance their abilities in acting, musical theater and performance.
Students build confidence, develop artistic insight, and apply their skills in class performances.
advanced musical theater performance
Students are given the opportunity for focused study of vocal production, musicianship and dance techniques for the musical theater performer. Student roles may vary from production to production to develop their skills and experience in all areas of musical theater. This class is designed to produce an ensemble musical production incorporating acting, singing and dancing. This course has required performances.

Technical Theater
These hands-on courses offer students the opportunity to explore the artistry behind theatrical productions through costume design, makeup and stagecraft. Students will develop essential skills in designing and creating costumes, hairstyles, and makeup—both traditional and special effects—while collaborating on creative projects with peers.
The stagecraft component introduces students to the technical aspects of theater production, including set construction, lighting and sound design. Students learn to work with tools, lumber and machinery while actively contributing to the design and construction of the theater productions each semester.
