Girls Lacrosse Coaching Staff


Coach McFarland is a graduate of Randolph-Macon Woman’s College in Lynchburg, Virginia where she was a 4-year starter on the Women’s Lacrosse Team and was named to the 1983 ODAC All-Conference Lacrosse Team. A past president of the Roswell Youth Lacrosse Association, Coach McFarland more recently served as the Coaches Education & Training Director of US Lacrosse – Georgia Chapter.  She is also the 2008 recipient of the Georgia Chapter US Lacrosse Excellence in Growing the Game Award.  In addition, she was named the GHSA Coach of the Year for 2016 and 2017.  Most recently, Coach McFarland was honored by US Lacrosse as the 2017 US Lacrosse Coach of the Year - Georgia. Coach McFarland is the Director of Advancement for Blessed Trinity.


Coach Crisafi is a graduate of the College of William & Mary and served as a captain for the Women’s Lacrosse team where she earned a starting role on defense as a redshirt freshman in 2012.  She was a President’s Award recipient recognized for sportsmanship, citizenship & leadership and was the Feffie Barnhill Award recipient, an honor awarded to the top female athlete for leadership & sportsmanship.  Maggie attended Annandale High School where she was a four-year starter and served as a captain two seasons for the Women’s Lacrosse team.  She was a Tewaaraton Award nominee, a three-time first-team All-Patriot District selection, a two-time first-team All-Northern Region honoree, anhonorable mention All-Met distinction, a second-team All-Patriot District member, and a second-team All-Northern Region recipient. Coach Crisafi was also named GHSA Assistant Coach of the Year for both 2016, 2017 and 2018.


Coach DePietro is a 2012 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English Education.  As a 2008 graduate of Northgate High School in Newnan, GA, she was a three-year starter on the inaugural club and varsity lacrosse teams. She was voted a Varsity Captain by her teammates in the inaugural year of the Varsity program.  Coach DePietro was named the GHSA Assistant Coach of the Year in 2017 and 2018.  Coach DePietro teaches English at Blessed Trinity and is the co-advisor of the Yearbook and one of the two Department Heads for the English Department.


This is Coach Carlie Black’s 1st season with Blessed Trinity lacrosse and cheerleading, and also her first year at BT.  Carlie graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Biology and Psychology and then went on to earn her PhD from Emory University in Neuroscience.  She is part of the Science Department at Blessed Trinity and teaches Biology. Carlie recently got married and is excited to be a new part of the BT family!
