Boys Basketball Coaching Staff

 

Coach Moses is entering his third season as the head varsity coach.  Last season he led the Titans to a 19-9 overall record, a region runner up finish, and a birth in the state sweet sixteen.   Coach Moses has been on the BT coaching staff for 16 seasons and over that time he has served at all levels of the program including head 9th grade coach, head jv coach, and the head varsity assistant coach. During his time on the staff, Coach Moses has helped lead the Titans to over 200 wins including a perfect 10-0 record in the first round of the state playoffs, 10 trips to the state sweet sixteen, a state runner-up finish in 2009, and back to back region championships in 2017 and 2018.  When not coaching, he can be found teaching AP Human Geography and AP Comparative Politics in the Social Studies Department. Coach Moses graduated from Oglethorpe University with a bachelor's degree in history and from the University of Chicago with a master's degree in the social sciences. He lives in Roswell with his wife, Cassie, son, Pierce, and daughter, Addie.   

 

This is Coach Gerard’s 8th year at Blessed Trinity.  He returns to varsity basketball for his sixth season as an assistant coach to a program that garnered a AAAA Sweet Sixteen appearance and a 19 win season.  Coach Gerard is a graduate of Chattahoochee High School where he played both basketball and baseball before attending Kennesaw State University and graduating with a degree in History Education. Coach Gerard teaches Social Studies at Blessed Trinity, and is also a varsity assistant baseball coach. 

Geoff and his wife, Shannon, reside in Roswell, Ga.

Coach Freeman is in his seventh season coaching with the Blessed Trinity program. He spent his first 5 seasons with the Junior Titan Program developing and teaching the fundamentals of the high school program. This will be Coach Freeman’s second season as a Varsity Assistant. Coach Freeman is a graduate of Blessed Trinity class of 2010 where he played for the state runner up team in 2009, and set the record for most three pointers in a season in 2010. He currently resides in Sandy Springs and is a Business Performance Advisor  with Insperity.
