Application Process

• Complete an application through Ravenna
  • $100 Application Fee (before February 1; $150.00 for late applicants after February 1, 2024)

The following items must be completed or uploaded within Ravenna:

• Applicant Questionnaire
• Applicant birth certificate
• Psychological Educational Testing Report (if completed previously)
• IEP (if on file for a public school applicant)
• Transcript of grades from 6th, 7th, and the first half of 8th grade
• Standardized Testing scores completed in middle school
• Current Language Arts Teacher Evaluation to be submitted near or after first semester of 8th grade
• Current Mathematics Teacher Evaluation to be submitted near or after first semester of 8th grade
• Current Administrator/Counselor Evaluation to be submitted near or after first semester of 8th grade
• Student Conduct Record
• Parish/Church Verification Form (to be submitted by pastor or priest at current parish/church)

All applicants must register and take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT) in 8th grade (Important for Admissions consideration AND course placement as part of enrollment).

• PSAT or Pre-ACT from current school year (if not taken, then applicant will need to take SSAT)
• Transcript of grades from current school year (through first semester) and two prior school years
• Standardized Testing scores completed in current school year and two prior school years
• Current Language Arts Teacher Evaluation to be submitted near or after first semester
• Current Mathematics Teacher Evaluation to be submitted near or after first semester
• Current Administrator/Counselor Evaluation to be submitted near or after first semester
• Student Conduct Record
• Parish/Church Verification Form (to be submitted by pastor or priest at current parish/church)

All 9th grade applicants must take the Secondary School Admission Test (SSAT). SSAT scores are an important part of the application process and play a significant role in course placement for incoming students.  All applicants must have scores sent to Blessed Trinity.
