Blessed Trinity Competes in UGA Model UN Conference

Blessed Trinity's Model UN team had 13 students participate in the Model United Nations Conference at the University of Georgia on January 23-25. The conference was a virtual event due to inclement weather.

Members of the team represented Japan in the General Assemblies (Economic and Financial) and Specialized Bodies (World Health Organization and International Labor Organization). Students also represented Kuwait in the League of Arab States, Pakistan in Security Council and even a giraffe princess in the "Wicked"-themed Crisis Committee.

Junior Caz Irving was named Outstanding Delegate for his work at Pakistan on Security Council where he had to navigate sensitive topics such as recognition of the Kashmir region.
