Mr. Marcos Arias became the President of Blessed Trinity Catholic High School in March 2024. He graduated with a Masters in Business from Georgia Tech and is a supporter of all things Blessed Trinity. He and his wife have been married for 27 years and two children, both graduates of Blessed Trinity.
Advisory Council
The Advisory Council supports the overall operation of the school, focusing on mission
effectiveness, finance, advancement, public relations and marketing, and facilities.
Ms. Cathy Lancaster has been part of the Blessed Trinity Community since 2014 when she joined the Administration as an Assistant Principal. An Atlanta native, she has been a lifetime educator, graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in education, followed by a Masters in Education and an additional degree in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College in Massachusetts.
She taught AP US History in Rockdale County schools and Milton High School while coaching basketball, softball, tennis and golf. She served as an Assistant Principal in both Rockdale County and Fulton County prior to joining Blessed Trinity.
In 2018, Ms. Lancaster became the Principal of Blessed Trinity and has been serving in that role since then. She is a parishioner at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Roswell and enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters, their spouses and her 8 grandchildren.

Nick is a proud 2004 alumnus of Blessed Trinity and currently heads up the Georgia Forestry Foundation. After graduating from Blessed Trinity, Nick attended Davidson College where he was a member of the football and track teams and graduated in 2008 with a B.S. in Biology. Nick went to graduate school at the Nicholas School of the Environment at Duke University where he earned Masters of Environmental Management and Masters of Forestry degrees. Nick moved back to the Atlanta area and worked in environmental consulting for 11 years before joining the Georgia Forestry Foundation in July 2021. Nick and his wife, Lexie, are members of the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta and live in Smyrna with their two young children.
Cornel is a proud HBCU graduate of Morehouse College. Upon graduation, he went to work for Frito-Lay Inc. in sales and merchandising. After 3 years in sales, Cornel embarked on a career in banking and financial operations. Cornel spent the next 33 years as a Financial Services professional in the Atlanta market. Cornel managed cross functional teams in bank operations to develop, implement and translate highly effective strategies into tactical solutions to increase productivity, reduce risk, and improve customer service channels. He and his wife, Susan, are members of the Catholic Church of St. Ann. Cornel has served as president and vice-president of the Blessed Trinity Catholic High School Athletic Association. Cornel and Susan are Blessed Trinity alumni parents of Christopher, Class of 2012, and Colin, Class of 2016.
Joe currently serves as the President & CEO of PowerPlan, a leading provider of financial software for the energy industry. For thirty years, PowerPlan has helped asset intensive companies make the right decisions around investment, financial optimization and compliance; the company's software accounts for over $3 trillion of North American infrastructure. PowerPlan is a portfolio company of Roper Technologies (NASDAQ: ROP), a diversified technology company that operates vertical software and technology enabled products for a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining PowerPlan, Joe served as CEO for I.P.A., a healthcare technology company that is also a Roper Technologies portfolio company. Previously, Joe held various leadership positions at MedAssets, WebMD and Eli Lilly, with roles spanning corporate development, services, operations, and strategy. Additionally, Joe is an independent Director of Sprypoint, a software company that is backed by Norwest Venture Partners.
Joe received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He later received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
Joe and his wife Lauren reside in Sandy Springs, and have three children: two boys who currently attend Blessed Trinity (classes of 2026 and 2027) and a middle school daughter at Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School.
Greg is in his 23rd season as legal counsel to the Atlanta Braves. As Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer, his responsibilities and duties include providing guidance and counsel on all baseball operations matters, sales and marketing, broadcasting, stadium and business operations, intellectual property, corporate governance, legislative affairs, employment and litigation. Mr. Heller also has ultimate oversight for all legal matters related Truist Park, The Battery Atlanta and the Braves’ spring training facility, CoolToday Park, and had ultimate oversight for all legal matters related to the negotiation, planning and development of all three projects for the Braves organization.
Prior to serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of the Braves, Heller spent nearly seven (7) years with the TBS sports legal group which included the Braves, the Atlanta Hawks, the Atlanta Thrashers, Philips Arena, the Goodwill Games, the Turner Sports television group (and its NBA, NASCAR, PGA, British Open and MLB properties), and the Turner Sports new media group (and its NASCAR, PGA and PGA TOUR and ACC Select properties). Mr. Heller was in private practice with national law firms in Atlanta and Chicago prior to his time with the Braves and Turner Sports.
Mr. Heller is a cum laude graduate of Indiana University with a degree in sports marketing/management and holds a J.D. degree from Marquette University Law School. In addition to Blessed Trinity's Advisory Council, Mr. Heller serves on advisory boards at Marquette University Law School, Indiana University, Kennesaw State University. Mr. Heller and his wife Krista have four (4) children, Maddie (BT Class of 2017), Charlie (BT Class of 2019), John (BT Class of 2021) and Lizzie (BT Class of 2024) and live in Roswell, Georgia.
Andy is the founder of Kantor consulting, an independent firm specializing in
consulting in the Aluminum and recycling industry. Prior to this role, he worked in a
variety of industries including energy, aerospace and flat rolled aluminum production.
He has held a position on the Board of Directors for Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, chaired
the advisory board and organized the new board member selection committee.
Andy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with a
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He later received a Master’s in Business
Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.
Andy and his wife Cynthia have three children; two Blessed Trinity graduates (Class of 2021 and 2023) and a current junior at Blessed Trinity. Additionally, Andy and Cynthia have endowed a scholarship called “Takedown the Textbook” for Blessed Trinity.
John is an Executive Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Domain Capital Advisors LLC, an SEC-registered, institutional investment advisor that provides tailored investment solutions for real estate and alternative asset classes. In this role, he oversees financial reporting, accounting, and auditing matters for the company.
Mr. Luckett received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Tennessee, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 1984, Mr. Luckett received an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps.
Mr. Luckett and his wife, Becky, are members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta and have five children, all Blessed Trinity graduates.
Robert received an undergraduate degree in Microbiology from the University of Georgia and completed his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Emory University. He served five years as Clinical Instructor at Emory’s Department of General Practice Residency for Post Graduate Dentistry while practicing in Roswell since 1989. In 1998, Dr. O’Donnell purchased the historic Alpharetta residence located at 134 N. Main Street, and completely renovated it into a state-of-the-art dental practice. In 2000, he was awarded the City of Alpharetta’s Business Star Award, in recognition of his commitment to preserving the historic integrity of the building.
A strong believer in community service, Dr. O’Donnell stays active in a number of professional and volunteer organizations. Most recently, he served as 2020-2021 General Chair for the esteemed Hinman Dental Meeting, known worldwide for providing first class continuing education and dental school scholarships. He also holds leadership roles in various professional organizations, study clubs, and church and neighborhood groups. In addition, Dr. O’Donnell and his wife, Cheryl, are members of the University of Georgia Parents Leadership Council. Dr. and Mrs. O’Donnell have two daughters, Kathleen (Blessed Trinity Class of 2019) and Ryan (Blessed Trinity Class of 2020). They are members of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church in Roswell.
Monsignor Peter Rau was ordained in 1985 and has served in various parishes throughout the Archdiocese of Atlanta. He has had the privilege to serve as pastor of St. Peter Chanel Catholic Church in Roswell since 2009.
