Advisory Council

The Advisory Council supports the overall operation of the school, focusing on mission
effectiveness, finance, advancement, public relations and marketing, and facilities.

Cathy Lancaster, Principal

Ms. Cathy Lancaster has been part of the Blessed Trinity Community since 2014 when she joined the Administration as an Assistant Principal. An Atlanta native, she has been a lifetime educator, graduating from Georgia State University with a degree in education, followed by a Masters in Education and an additional degree in Educational Leadership from Cambridge College in Massachusetts.

She taught AP US History in Rockdale County schools and Milton High School while coaching basketball, softball, tennis and golf. She served as an Assistant Principal in both Rockdale County and Fulton County prior to joining Blessed Trinity.

In 2018, Ms. Lancaster became the Principal of Blessed Trinity and has been serving in that role since then. She is a parishioner at St. Andrew Catholic Church in Roswell and enjoys spending time with her 3 daughters, their spouses and her 8 grandchildren.

Andy Kantor, Advisory Council Chair

Andy is the founder of Kantor consulting, an independent firm specializing in
consulting in the Aluminum and recycling industry. Prior to this role, he worked in a
variety of industries including energy, aerospace and flat rolled aluminum production.
He has held a position on the Board of Directors for Atlanta Habitat for Humanity, chaired
the advisory board and organized the new board member selection committee.

Andy received his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan, with a
Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. He later received a Master’s in Business
Administration from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business.

Andy and his wife Cynthia have three children; two Blessed Trinity graduates (Class of 2021 and 2023) and a current junior at Blessed Trinity. Additionally, Andy and Cynthia have endowed a scholarship called “Takedown the Textbook” for Blessed Trinity.

Mrs. Sandra Cryer

Sandra currently works as the Lead Graphic Designer for AM Inc. Group.  

Sandra attended Baylor University and received a BBA in Marketing with a minor in Spanish.  She and her husband, John, have three children at Blessed Trinity, a sophomore, junior and senior.

Rev. Lamartine Eliscar, MS

Father Lamartine Joseph Eliscar, MS is a Catholic priest of the Missionaries of Our Lady of La Salette, a religious congregation known for its commitment to reconciliation and pastoral ministry. He is a native of Haiti and has served in various pastoral and leadership roles within the La Salette community in the United States. He is currently assigned as one of the associate pastors at the Catholic Church of St. Ann in Marietta.

He has been involved in interfaith initiatives, such as the annual Blessing of Christmas Trees at St. Ann’s, where he collaborates with Rabbi Albert Slomovitz to promote Jewish-Christian understanding and unity. 

In addition to his pastoral duties, he has served as the Vocations Director for the Missionaries of La Salette, Province of Mary Mother of the Americas, helping guide individuals discerning religious life. 

Beside his theology studies, he also pursued academic studies in psychology and counseling. 

Joe Gomes

Joe currently serves as the President & CEO of PowerPlan, a leading provider of financial software for the energy industry. For thirty years, PowerPlan has helped asset intensive companies make the right decisions around investment, financial optimization and compliance; the company's software accounts for over $3 trillion of North American infrastructure. PowerPlan is a portfolio company of Roper Technologies (NASDAQ: ROP), a diversified technology company that operates vertical software and technology enabled products for a wide range of industries. 

Prior to joining PowerPlan, Joe served as CEO for I.P.A., a healthcare technology company that is also a Roper Technologies portfolio company. Previously, Joe held various leadership positions at MedAssets, WebMD and Eli Lilly, with roles spanning corporate development, services, operations, and strategy.  Additionally, Joe is an independent Director of Sprypoint, a software company that is backed by Norwest Venture Partners.

Joe received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University, with a Bachelors in Business Administration. He later received a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

Joe and his wife Lauren reside in Sandy Springs, and have three children: two boys who currently attend Blessed Trinity (classes of 2026 and 2027) and a middle school daughter at Saint Jude the Apostle Catholic School. 

Mrs. Robin Lorenzen

Mrs. Lorenzen attended The University of the South and received a B.A. in Religion. She is an Administrative Assistant in the Business Office.

She is a Blessed Trinity alumni parent.

John Luckett

John is an Executive Managing Director and the Chief Financial Officer at Domain Capital Advisors LLC, an SEC-registered, institutional investment advisor that provides tailored investment solutions for real estate and alternative asset classes. In this role, he oversees financial reporting, accounting, and auditing matters for the company.

Mr. Luckett received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from Tennessee Technological University. He is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the State of Tennessee, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In 1984, Mr. Luckett received an honorable discharge from the United States Marine Corps.

Mr. Luckett and his wife, Becky, are members of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Marietta and have five children, all Blessed Trinity graduates.

Mrs. Ashley Mowrey

Ashley Mowrey is a seasoned professional with over 25 years of agency and corporate experience spanning digital marketing, social media, influencer marketing, public relations, and crisis communications.

Prior to co-founding Canton Street Communications, Ashley built and led the brand communications team at Newell Brands, providing strategic support to a global portfolio of iconic brands such as Sharpie, Coleman, Graco, Rubbermaid, and Yankee Candle, among others. In her over 10 years at Cohn & Wolfe and Ketchum, she developed award-winning public relations campaigns for clients, including The Home Depot, Wendy’s, The Coca-Cola Company, Hilton Hotels & Resorts, and The PGA of America.

In 2018, Ashley developed the strategic approach and real-time social and traditional media response for the #CrockPotIsInnocent campaign stemming from the ‘This Is Us’ storyline alleging the beloved main character Jack was killed by a janky Crock-Pot. Her remarkable career is punctuated by a string of accolades, including a Silver Cannes Lion, a Silver Clio, and PRSA Silver Anvils, all testament to her ability to craft and execute award-winning campaigns that yield tangible business and communications outcomes.

A proud graduate of Southern Methodist University (Go ponies!), Ashley finds joy outside the office in her roles as a loving wife and mother to three remarkable boys, Evan (BT Class of 2022, GT Class of December 2025), Chase (BT Class of 2025, GT Class of 2029), and Connor (BT Class of 2027). She currently serves on the Blessed Trinity Catholic High School Advisory Council as Enrollment Committee Chair and on The Voilà Foundation Board of Directors.

Mr. Richard Barden - Member at Large

Mr. Barden, Assistant Principal of Curriculum and Instruction graduated from Concordia University Irvine with an M.A. in Administration. 

He is a Blessed Trinity Alumni Parent, his daughter, Jana Barden, graduated in 2019 and is a community coach in Track & Field and Girls Basketball.

Mr. Brad Hamacher - Member at Large

Brad is The Vice President of Membership Services for the Atlanta Hawks, overseeing the season ticket holder experience at State Farm Arena. Brad has worked in the NBA for over 25 years starting his career with the Milwaukee Bucks. He earned a Bachelors of science in Business Management from Marian University in Wisconsin. 

Brad and his wife Jill are members of St. Joseph Catholic Church and have four boys, Ben (Class of 2021), David (Class of 2023), Will (Class of 2025) and Ryan (Class of 2029).
