Tim Bondell steps up to the plate for Columbus State

Blessed Trinity baseball player, Tim Bondell, has signed a letter of intent to play baseball for Columbus State University. Columbus State plays in the Peach Belt Conference and won the National Championship in 2002.

Tim, the 2006 Gold Glove winner, is the Titan’s short stop and has been a member of the varsity team for the past two seasons. Tim is the son of Steven and Bernadette Bondell of Dunwoody.

“I am very proud of Tim,” said Andy Harlin, BT’s head baseball coach. “I remember when he was trying out for BT’s feeder team in 7th grade, and now here he is signing to play in college. It goes by fast.  He is one of the greatest kids and from one of the greatest families.”
