9th Grade Baseball Bounces Back at Milton

Call it 'luck of the Irish' or solid defense, strong pitching and timely hitting, St. Patrick's Day saw the 9th Grade Boys Baseball team hold off a tough Milton HS team with a 3-2 victory.

Thomas Freeman threw a no-hitter through 5 innings, and Matt Crisafi earned the save as the two held the Milton Nine to two hits.  JD Sabo went 2 for 3 and scored the winning run.  Glenn Maust's diving snare in center during the 7th inning was the defensive gem of the game.

The Titans improved their record to 7-1.  Next game is at Marist School on Monday, 3/20.
