FACTS Tuition Management Service will be processing our tuition collection for the 2010-2011 school year.

**EVERY FAMILY IS REQUIRED TO SIGN A NEW AGREEMENT WITH FACTS FOR THE 2010-2011 SCHOOL YEAR. THERE WILL BE NO AUTOMATIC RE-ENROLLMENT THIS YEAR.**

To pay your tuition you have three payment options: annual, semi-annual or monthly deductions from your checking/savings account or by credit card (please be aware credit cards are subject to a 2.5% convenience fee). Below is detailed information on each tuition payment option.

Option 1 – Annual due July 5th.

If you choose this option you will pay the full tuition balance for the year on July 5th. There is no discount for pre-payment. FACTS will automatically deduct your payment from your checking/savings account or credit card on July 5^th.

Option 2 – Semi-Annual payments due July 5^th and Dec 5^th.

If you choose this option you will pay ½ your tuition balance for the year on July 5^th and the other ½ on December 5th. FACTS will automatically deduct your payment from your checking/savings account or credit card on those dates.

Option 3 – FACTS monthly payments.

Tuition is collected over 10 months beginning in July and ending in April. FACTS will automatically deduct your payment from your checking/savings account or credit card on the 5^th, 15^th or 25^th of each month, whichever you choose.

FACTS will also bill you for all of your student’s incidental charges each month. These charges include things such as cafeteria purchases, club and athletic fees, bookstore purchases, field trips and supply fees. There is no fee charged by FACTS for this service. You will be e-mailed monthly when you have had charges added to your account. You will then log into the FACTS website and are able to view your statement and pay those charges or you can elect to have them automatically withdrawn each month. These items will be charged separately from your tuition payment. Late payments will be charged a $25 late fee every month by Blessed Trinity.

If you have a payment returned by the bank, Blessed Trinity will charge a $25 NSF fee every time this occurs. This charge is in addition to any fees your bank or FACTS may charge and will be added to your FACTS bill and your FACTS payment will be adjusted accordingly. FACTS will automatically re-attempt a returned payment on the next scheduled payment date. In addition, late payments will be charged a $25 late fee every month.

The FACTS form must be completed by JUNE 1st for the 2010-2011 school year.
