Our scheduled time is 2:00 PM Saturday, October 22nd. The assessment will be held at Blessed Trinity. Please refer to the attachments for more information and tips. You will need $ 10.00 (cash only) to pay for the assessment.
If you cannot attend the scheduled time you must notify Coach Barden. You must have your “Individual Profile Form” with you. Coach Barden has (and will have) this form.
