Coaches


Coach Barden is in his ninth year with the BT wrestling program and his 21st overall as a wrestling coach (15 as a head coach).  Coach Barden has compiled a 217 – 94 record over the past nine seasons at Blessed Trinity and a 310 - 150 career record in fifteen years as a head coach.  In addition to teaching Economics as a member of the Social Studies Department, Mr. Barden is the assistant athletic director for Blessed Trinity.  Coach Barden also coaches football and is the Assistant Head Coach.  During the pass three seasons the Blessed Trinity wrestling program has finished in the Top Ten in the last three consecutive years.  Before coming to BT, Coach Barden was the athletic director and wrestling coach at South Cobb High School.  During his tenure at South Cobb his wrestling team finished in the Top Ten twice.

Coach Barden's wife, Jeannie,  is the Upper School Media Specialist at Pinecrest Academy while his biggest fan Jana starts  5th grade this year!  Coach Barden, and his wife Jeannie, are the proud parents of Jana who is 10½ years old and the apple of daddy's eye! 

He looks forward to building and maintaining a championship quality wrestling program here at Blessed Trinity Catholic High School for many years to come.
