'04 GRADUATE TYLER FLOWERSTyler Flowers hit his first major league homerun against the Kansas City Royals then followed that by hitting his first major league grand slam against the Seattle Mariners. Tyler was called up after the All-Star break and hit 5 homeruns and had 16 rbi for the 2011 season in the major leagues. |
'10 GRADUATE JAKE SKOLEJake was the 15th overall pick in the 2010 draft by the Texas Rangers. The first round draft pick had 9 homeruns and 62 rbi for the Hickory Crawdads. Jake also had 21 stolen bases and was named the South Atlantic League Player of the Week. |
'08 GRADUATE MATT SKOLEMatt was drafted in the 5th round by the Washington Nationals. After 3 great seasons at Georgia Tech, where Matt hit 47 career homeruns, he picked up where he left off in college by being named as a Baseball America Short-Season All-Star playing for the Auburn Doubledays. In his first season in the minors, Matt hit .290 with 23 doubles and 48 rbi. |
