Assistant Lacrosse Coach
Coach Vazquez brings a broad range of playing, coaching, instruction, and program development experience to Blessed Trinity. As the founder of Trident Lacrosse, he has worked with players and coaches from numerous Atlanta area high schools. His experience also includes working with college coaches, summer tournaments, and recruiting showcases. Coach Vazquez hails from Long Island where he began playing lacrosse at Smithtown High School West. He was subsequently recruited to play for Navy (Annapolis, MD) where he earned a Varsity letter as a midfielder. He played on numerous post-college club teams and has coached at Navy Lacrosse Camp. Along with Coach JF Gullo, Coach Vazquez established the Blessed Trinity Feeder team program in 2007/2008. (Do I have the date right?) This will be his third full season with the Blessed Trinity program.
Paul Devereaux
Assistant Lacrosse Coach
Coach Devereaux has thirty five years of playing and coaching experience. He grew up in New York and played 3 years of Varsity lacrosse and football for Kent School in Kent CT and was captain of both teams. He then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point where he played for the Division 1 Army team. Army participated in the NCAA Tournament all four years while he was on the team. Coach Devereaux has coached youth and high school programs in Georgia, California, New Jersey, and Ontario, Canada.
