Homecoming Festivities

 

Spirit Week: October 2 - October 7

 

Monday

•Spirit Dress: Crazy Sock/Shoe Day – wear unusual socks and/or shoes along with regular uniform

•Board decorating may begin after school (by grade level)

 

Tuesday

•Spirit Dress: Sports Team Day – along with regular uniform

•Board decorating continues after school

 

Wednesday

•Spirit Dress: Toga Day – wear togas, sandals, and headwear over regular uniform

•Board decorating continues

•Homecoming Queen voting begins during lunch periods on school intranet

•Dance tickets sold during lunches for $10

 

Thursday

•Spirit Dress: Decades Day – dress accordingly by your class’s decade.  Seniors – 80s; Juniors – 70s; Sophomores – 60s; Freshmen – 50s

•Dance tickets will be sold at lunch for $10

•Board decorating ends.  Judging to be done Friday morning.

•Homecoming Queen voting continues on school intranet.  Voting ends after third lunch.

 

Friday

•Spirit Dress: Titan Spirit Day – wear your Titan Thunder T-Shirt and casual attire

•Board decorating judged by administration. Winner announced at pep rally

•Hamburger Cook-out during lunch periods (Mr. Moore and Coach Turner)

•Dance tickets will be sold at lunch.  Last chance to purchase for $10; $20 at the door on Saturday.

•Pep rally at end of school day

•Carnival and Cookout from 5-7pm in the horseshoe. The cookout is sponsored by the Athletic Association. Carnival activities, sponsored by Student Council, include jumping castle, slide, dunking booth and more.

•Football game, 7:30pm.

•Halftime introduction of Homecoming Court and crowning of Homecoming Queen

 

Saturday

•Homecoming Dance in Main Gym from 8 to 11pm.  Lock-in from 8:30 to 10:30pm.

•Theme is Ancient Rome

•Dress is semi-formal

Picture Perfect Photography will be taking Homecoming photos in front of a custom Roman background, suitable for individuals, couples, and groups of up to 15 friends. Packages range in price from $19.95 to $59.95.
